Макароны с грибами и соусом

Ингредиенты:

- консервированные шампиньоны – 350 гр.
- лук – 1 шт.
- сливки – 1 ст.
- чеснок – 3 зуб.
- специи

Метод приготовления:

Макароны отвариваем. Ставим на огонь сковороду с растительным маслом.
Шампиньоны нарезаем дольками, лук нарезаем мелко и нарубим мелко чеснок. Когда сковорода накалиться рассыпаем на нее лук. Когда лук подрумяниться, прибавляем шампиньоны, обжариваем и разгребаем по бокам, освобождая центр сковородки. Доливаем немножко масла в центр сковороды и выкладываем туда чеснок, также добавим немножко соевого соуса и красноватого перца по вкусу. Перемешаем и минутки через три вольем стакан сливок, прибавляем специи по вкусу, накроем крышкой, уберем огонь и потушим немножко(нужно временами помешивать). Когда макароны готовы, промываем их в прохладной воде и выкладываем на тарелку, заливаем соусом.
