Грибы, тушенные с картошкой

Ингредиенты:

- грибы - четыресто г
- картофель - 3 шт.
- сметана - сто г
- томат-пюре - 1 ст. ложка
- масло сливочное - 4 ст. ложки
- лук репчатый - 1 головка
- перец
- лавровый лист
- соль
- зелень петрушки
- зелень укропа
Метод приготовления:

Грибы переберите, очистите, помойте и опустите на 5–6 минут в кипяточек, потом откиньте на дуршлаг, нарежьте ломтиками, обжарьте в доли масла, положите в сотейник и залейте сметаной. К грибам добавьте томат-пюре, соль, перец, лавровый лист и гасите 5–7 минут.
Картофель очистите, нарежьте ломтиками, обжарьте, смешайте с пассерованным луком, соедините с грибами и гасите до готовности. При подаче посыпьте зеленью.
