- Салат "Телячьи нежности"

Салат "Телячьи нежности"

Ингредиенты:

- 300 г телячьей вырезки
- 1 головка красноватого салатного лука
- 2 свеклы
- 1 морковь
- 2 картофелины среднего размера
- майонез
- уксус
- соль, перец

Метод приготовления:

Лук режем полукольцами и оставляем на 40 минут мариноваться в смеси уксуса и воды в пропорции 1:1
Ставим варить картофель. Нарезку режем маленькими полосами и обжариваем на растительном масле. Соль, перец по вкусу. Основное не пересушить телятину. Сырые морковь и свеклу трем на не чрезвычайно мелкой терке, позже гасим на растительном масле с прибавлением 1 чайной ложки уксуса и 2-ух чайных ложек сахара. Смотрите лишь, чтоб это всё не подгорело в процессе тушения, ежели что — добавьте совершенно немножко воды.
Тем временем картофель режем на полосы и начинаем сформировывать наш салат.
Самым нижним слоем пойдет картофель. Покрываем его слоем майонеза. Позже мясо. Дальше — слой лука.
Последующий слой — морковь со свеклой. Ежели опосля тушения осталось немножко воды — выливайте в салат, мясо лишь выиграет от этого.
Опять майонез, совершенно немножко, лишь бы прикрыть морковно-свекольное поле. Скрашиваем зеленью и подаем к столу
