Перец фаршированный капустой


Ингредиенты:

- перец - 5 кг.
- капуста - 2 вилка
- морковь - 5 шт.
- 3-4 головки чеснока
- 1 стак. сахара
- 0,5 стак. соли
- 300 гр. уксуса
- 1 стак. растительного масла
- лавровый лист
Метод приготовления:

Помойте 5 кг перцев, срежьте хвостики и удалите семенную часть. Бланшируйте перец в кипящей воде в течение 2-ух — трёх минут, а позже помойте прохладной водой — это для эластичности перца.
Капусту нашинкуйте и перетрите с маленьким количеством соли. Довольно 1,5 — 2 вилка.
Очистите 5 морковок, помойте и натрите на мелкую тёрку.
Очистите 4 маленькие головки чеснока либо 3 средние и измельчите зубчики.
Смешайте капусту с морковкой и чесноком.
Приобретенной массой нафаршируйте перцы.
Приготовьте рассол, для чего же вскипятите 2, 5 литра воды идобавьте в неё чуток больше стакана сахара, полстакана соли, 300 г 6% уксуса, стакан растительного масла и лавровый листик.
Сиим рассолом залейте перцы и оставьте на ночь. Днем перцы будут готовы к употреблению.
Таковой перец можнож законсервировать на зиму, простерелизовав заполненные трёхлитровые литровые банки в течение 12 — 15 минут.
