Помидоры, фаршированные грибами


Ингредиенты:

- лук - 1 шт.
- грибы шампиньоны - 500 гр.
- соль
- перец
- помидоры - 5 шт.
- рис - 3 стол. лож.
- сыр
Метод приготовления:

Очистите луковицу и измельчите.
Помойте 500 г шампиньонов и измельчите.
В сковороде нагрейте немножко растительного масла и обжарьте на нём лук и грибы. В конце приготовления посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Помойте 4 — 5 великих помидор, срежьте верхушки.
Чайной ложечкой осмотрительно извлеките помидорную мякоть.
Заполните помидоры грибным фаршем — в него ещё можнож прибавлять варёный рис. Для этого необходимо помыть 2 — 3 столовые ложки риса, залить прохладной водой и поставить на огонь. Опосля закипания, рис можнож посолить. Варится рис в течение 12 — 15 минут, опосля чего же откидывается на дуршлаг и промывается прохладной водой.
Начиненные фаршем помидоры можнож присыпать сверху тёртым сыром и опосля этого выслать в духовку на 8 — 10 минут — пока сыр не расплавится не подрумянится. В качестве кандидатуры, можнож применять микроволновку, поместив в неё помидоры на 3 — 4 минутки.
Готовые помидоры выложите на блюдо, украсьте и подавайте на стол.
