Перец фаршированный творогом


Ингредиенты:

- перец - 5-6 шт.
- творог 300-400 гр.
- соль
- перец
- сливочное масло
- чеснок 3-4 зуб.
- майонез либо сметана
- укроп
- маслины

Метод приготовления:

Помойте несколько болгарских перцев, срежьте вершину и извлеките с поддержкою чайной ложки зёрна и толстые стены.
Перетрите 300 — четыресто г творога(можнож картофелемялкой)со щепоткой соли, чёрным молотым перцем, ложкой размягчённого сливочного масла, измельчёнными 3-мя — 4-мя зубцами чеснока и ложкой сметаны либо майонеза. Количество измельчённого укропа прибавляйте по вкусу.
Данной массой плотно заполните перцы.
Поместите перцы на полчаса в морозилку, чтоб творожная масса затвердела и её можнож было порезать.
Нарежьте перцы ломтиками, шириной 1 — 1,5 сантим. и выложите на блюдо, выстеленное салатными листами.
Украсьте блюдо зеленью, маслинами и подавайте на стол.
