Горбуша запеченная в фольге

Ингредиенты:

- Горбуша - 500.0 г
- Лук репчатый - 1.0 шт
- Чеснок дольки - 2.0 дольки
- Укроп - 1.0 пучок
- Масло растительное - сто.0 г
Метод приготовления:

Горбушу вычищаем от костей. Избираем превосходный кусок без головы и хвоста.Ежели горбуша маленькая, то можнож полностью ее применять.
К рыбе чрезвычайно превосходно подходит укроп. Нарезаем очищенную луковицу, чеснок, укроп, перемешиваем с солью и перцем.
Сейчас данной смесью фаршируем горбушу. Ежели же горбуша целая - то фаршируем брюшко. Щепетильно запаковываем в фольгу. Перед запаковыванием фольгу сбрызнуть растительным маслом, а потом сверху рыбу кропотливо смазать этим же маслом.
Потому что горбуша рыба теплая, то длинно запекать ее не надобно, как вы ощутили отличительный запах, засекайте 10-15 мин. Потом вынуть пакет из духовки и открыть. Подождать, что бы чуток остыла. Лопаткой подковырнуть целый кусок и выложить в тарелку. Порезать таковыми кусками, что бы в нем был и лук.
