Карп, начинённый гречкой и грибами


Ингредиенты:

- карп - 1-1,2 кг.
- гречка - 120 гр.
- 8-10 шампиньонов
- 1 луковица
- растительное масло
- соль, перец по вкусу
- 3 яйца
- мука
- сливочное масло

Метод приготовления:

Очистите и помойте карпа и сделайте надрез у него по спине.
Удалите через надрез внутренности таковым образом, чтоб не разделять мясо от кожи и слегка присолите рыбу.
Помойте гречку, залейте прохладной водой и поставьте варить до готовности, не пренебрегав подсолить. Помойте шампиньоны и измельчите.
Чрезвычайно мелко нарежьте маленькую луковицу. Потушите лук и грибы на растительном масле до готовности, добавив в конце приготовления соль и перец по вкусу. Готовую гречку смешайте с грибами и 3-мя слегка взбитыми яичками. Добавьте, при необходимости, соль и перец, ориентируясь на собственный вкус.
Приготовленной внутренностью нафаршируйте карпа, обваляйте его в пытке и обжарьте на разогретом растительном масле с 2-ух сторон до румяного цвета.
Обжаренного карпа доведите до готовности в предварительно нагретой духовке.
При подаче на стол разрежьте рыбу на порционные кусочки и сбрызните их растопленным сливочным маслом.
Скрашивайте рыбу, проявляя фантазию.
