Рыбные наггетсы с соусом тартар

Ингредиенты:

- Филе трески 500 г
- яичка 2 шт
- лимон 0,5 шт
- соль по вкусу
- темный перец по вкусу
- молоко 60 мл
- йогурт 4 ст. л.
- горчица 2 ст. л.
- острый соус 1,5 ст. л.
- панировочные сухари 200 г
- майонез 120 мл
- корнишоны 3-4 шт

Метод приготовления:

Разогрейте духовку до 200 градусов. Застелите противень бумагой для выпечки. В маленький миске взбейте венчиком яичка, горчицу, 1 столовую ложку острого соуса, молоко и йогурт. На филе трески выжмите сок из половины лимона, посолите и поперчите. Нарежьте рыбу маленькими кусками. Окунайте рыбу в яичную смесь и обваливайте в сухарях. Выложите на противень. Запекайте до золотистого цвета, около 20 минут. Тем временем приготовьте соус. Для этого смешайте майонез с измельченными корнишонами и оставшимся острым соусом. При необходимости посолите и поперчите.
