Запеченная грудка с грибами


Ингредиенты:

- Куриная грудка, две половинки
- Грибок — один, среднего размера
- Одна не великая луковица
- Немножко тимьяна
- Два яйца
- Один зубчик чеснока
- Панировочные сухари
- Немножко муки
- Оливковое масло
- Соль и перец

Метод приготовления:

Шинкуем лук и грибы, довольно мелко, обжариваем фундаментально на оливковом масле с тимьяном, солью и перцем. Откладываем в сторону, чтоб немножко остыло.
Тем временем, берём грудку, отделяем маленькое филе и делаем боковой карман. Начиняем грибами и луком и накрываем малым филе, так чтоб внутренности не было видно.
Далее всё по порядку, взбиваем два яичка с теснённым чесноком солью и перцем. Берём щепетильно грудки и обваливаем в яичке, позже в пытке, вновь в яичке и лишь позже в панировочных сухарях. Ежели делать это довольно щепетильно, ничего не развалится и всё будет маршрутом..
Выкладываем в смазанную оливковым маслом противень и поливаем сверху оливковым маслом и отправляем в разогретую до 200 градусов духовку, минут так на 20
Через 20 минут, грудки стоит щепетильно перевернуть и ещё бросить минут 10-15 и грудки готовы. Выложить все щепетильно на тарелку, прибавляем гарнир.
