Фаршированный перец №2

Ингредиенты:

- фарша из одинаковых долей свинины и говядины - 600 гр.
- риса - 1 стак.
- помидор - 800 гр.
- сладостного перца среднего размера - 10 шт.
- маленьких луковицы - 2 шт.
- морковь
- чеснока - 2 зуб.
- сухой смеси душицы, базилик и чабреца - 2 ч.лож.
- молотый темный перец
- лавровый лист
- свежая зелень укропа и петрушки
- масло для обжаривания

Метод приготовления:

Рис помойте прохладной водой, залейте 1,5 стаканами воды и сварите практически к готовности. Охладите сваренный рис. Смешайте рис с мясным фаршем, посолите по вкусу, поперчите, добавьте сухие травки. Луковицы почистите, нарежьте маленькими кубиками, обжарьте в 2 столовых ложках растительного масла. Морковку натрите на терке, добавьте к луку и гасите до мягкости. Помидоры ошпарьте кипяточком, снимите кожуру, из мякоти помидор сделайте в блендере пюре. Добавьте томатное пюре к луку с морковью, гасите 5 минут. 1/2 стакана томатной смеси добавьте к фаршу. Удалите из перцев плодоножки и зёрна, нафаршируйте. Положите перец в кастрюлю, добавьте томатную заправку, которая осталась. Вскипятите 2 литра воды и посолите. Немножко подсолите воду, так как часть воды выкипит в процессе приготавливания. Залейте перец водой и гасите к готовности(30 - 40 минут). За 20 минут к окончанию приготавливания положите в кастрюлю лавровый лист и молотый перец. За 10 минут - измельченный чеснок. Подавайте фаршированный перец со сметаной либо с подливкой, в какой он варился. Украсьте блюдо петрушкой либо укропом.
